Day one wasn't so bad because I didn't have weights or a pull-up bar yet. Day two was pure HELL (pardon my language), as was Day 3. My arms are very sore (the worst), in part because we haven't done a whole lot of leg work, YET. Today is Yoga, and I am excited about that (I know, weird to be excited about working out). I have found that doing this at home has been a challenge with kids, but also easier in the scents that I can wear whatever I want and don't have to be perfect. Also, if I can't finish a rep, I can break without feeling like all eyes are on me. So, below are my before pics (crazy, I know), but it sure will be fun to see my "after"
