I'm still here!!

I bet you thought I gave up? No way!! I did, however, take a little break (ok, a long break). I did one week, and then my break. Got back on track on Thursday, so I am calling this my Second week instead of my Third :( I've done every single day since Thursday, and I am feeling really good. I start the same week again on Monday, for one week, and then off to week 4, which will change a bit (good). I am getting a little tired of doing the same thing (and it's only been barely 2 weeks:)heehee. I am sore and tired, but, believe it or not, I do feel stronger. I feel like I need to buy a bit heavier weights to really get a good workout, and I'm doing almost the whole AB Ripper. Wahooo!! Really makes me want to keep going. The initial motivation is hard, but once I get going, I'm good to finish!! I worked on Friday (9-5) and four 12 hour shifts in a row (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, from 9a-9p), and I worked out everyday (although sunday was just stretch, not hard, but still one hour). So, I figure, if I can do that, then I have no excuses to just do it!! So, minus the time I took off, I am on day 10, 80 more to go!!!! aaaahhhh Just did arms and abs, and I will be paying tomorrow for that one. I did legs on Thursday, and OMG!!!!! Tomorrow is Yoga and I am sooooo excited. I love the Yoga, and then back to legs and back, and abs on Thursday again. I will post pics on Day 30. I am working on doing my weight watchers, and have not lost a single pound, but I will keep pushing. I know it will pay off in the end!!

Another day bites the dust...

With another day gone, I am really sore. I did the yoga video. It was very hard and I almost gave up about half way, but when I was done, I was glad I didn't. I had every intention to get up early and do my Legs and Back video today, but I slept, and now here I sit on my computer :) Will definetely do it tonite, though. I had a little sleepover with Karson (he wasn't feeling too well), and at about 11pm, I got up and put Adyson down, and for some reason, could not pull myself out of the nice warm bed this morning. I will be driving up to Provo tomorrow at 6 in the morning, so no workout tomorrow, and back on track on sunday. I pray I can get it all in. With Father's Day, and driving back home from Provo, it's going to be a busy day!!

My "Before" Pics...

Ok, I am now on day 4 (getting ready to go do my day 4 workout). I am incredibly sore, but not like I thought I would be. I, mean, I'm not completely immobile :)This is a good thing. I already do feel better, but maybe because I am doing something good for myself. I still struggle with my eating habits; one meal is really great and healthy and then I'll eat fried and fat for my next meal. Oh, and don't forget the sweet tooth that I have, and have to conquer.
Day one wasn't so bad because I didn't have weights or a pull-up bar yet. Day two was pure HELL (pardon my language), as was Day 3. My arms are very sore (the worst), in part because we haven't done a whole lot of leg work, YET. Today is Yoga, and I am excited about that (I know, weird to be excited about working out). I have found that doing this at home has been a challenge with kids, but also easier in the scents that I can wear whatever I want and don't have to be perfect. Also, if I can't finish a rep, I can break without feeling like all eyes are on me. So, below are my before pics (crazy, I know), but it sure will be fun to see my "after"

After doing measurments, I realized that my left calf is 3/4 inches bigger than my right. Adam says it is actually noticeable. So, I had him take this pic, and it is very noticeable. Funny, huh?

This is why

With much frustration, kids crying, and all day with nothing done but being on this computer.... This is why I do not blog anymore!! I thought I would get caught up, but as you can now plainly see, my blog is a mess, and I can't figure out how to fix it. I will continue to try, but don't count on my blogging for a while.
I am going to start p90x today and wanted to give you all updates of how things are going (which I may still do) but I'm finding if it is taking me this long, it will not work out. If I don't do the pics, I think I will be fine, and won't commit murder to my computer. :) So, I have "before" pics, that I will not post, due to my computer illiteracy. Maybe if I ever figure this blogging out, I will post my "before" pics. Starting weight is 133.0.
I wanted to do this for maybe it will keep me motivated if I know I have a lot of people watching and supporting me. So, I will try very hard to give regular updates and pics, and videos...when i can figure out how. In the meantime, here I go to do my first day workout. A little nervous, Wish me luck!!
